Summary The Senior Marketing Manager owns the design, governance, and performance of international demand campaigns for HED/Gale, ensuring regional teams consistently deliver high-impact, revenue-driving programs. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, setting the campaign framework, decision logic, and measurement standards that make global demand scalable and repeatable.

This role is a senior partner to Content Strategy/Thought Leadership, Events & Customer Programs, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Ops, and regional marketing leaders (EMEA, Asia, ANZ). The role provides campaign leadership, prioritization, and optimization, translating business strategy into fewer, stronger programs that drive MQL quality, pipeline contribution, and long-term growth.

What you’ll do here:

  • Lead global demand campaign strategy and architecture

    • Own and lead the global demand campaign framework for HED/Gale, ensuring campaigns align to portfolio priorities, regional needs, and revenue goals.
    • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, offers, channel mix, sequencing, timelines, and success metrics, balancing ambition with operational reality.
    • Establish clear campaign standards and guidelines that enable consistency, quality, and scalability across regions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
