Amazon Leo Partner Development Manager

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit. Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

The Amazon Leo Partner Services (ALPS) organization is looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager to join our Global Enterprise Services team, supporting our rapidly growing indirect partner ecosystem. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic reseller partners, technology solution distributors, and systems integrators who deliver Amazon Leo satellite connectivity to end customers across multiple verticals including maritime, energy, enterprise, and transportation.

This role offers you the opportunity to serve as the technical lead and voice of the partner for organizations ranging from regional resellers to multi-national telecommunications companies. You will provide dedicated technical and operational support and guidance to ensure partners maintain high technical standards in their Amazon Leo service delivery, enabling them to successfully deploy, manage, and support satellite connectivity for their customers. Your technical acumen and partner-facing skills will enable you to represent Amazon Leo within partner environments, driving discussions with partner technical teams on service implementation, integration challenges, support escalations, and technical optimization. You will provide proactive technical guidance to help partners plan and implement solutions using best practices while keeping their Amazon Leo deployments operationally healthy and resilient. You will also coordinate partner onboarding and integration projects, applying project management skills to ensure successful technical delivery across the partner ecosystem.

This position may require access to export-controlled information (ECI) subject to EAR and ITAR. Final employment decision is contingent upon satisfactory completion of export control screenings and obtaining any necessary export licenses or approvals, based on nationality, citizenship, and other factors considered by applicable export control regulations.

  • Enable rapid problem-solving protocols through direct operational integration and coordination with internal engineering teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A day in the life

Your morning starts with a partner integration call: a European reseller is preparing for country launch and needs guidance on their provisioning workflow and network architecture before they enter customer acceptance testing. After that, you join a cross-functional standup with the engineering and product teams to flag a firmware compatibility issue that two of your partners surfaced independently last week; you are the one connecting the dots and making sure the fix is prioritized against the launch calendar. Before lunch, you review a partner's technical onboarding submission, confirm their environment meets readiness criteria, and send them a clear summary of what remains before they can move to production. In the afternoon, you lead a technical deep-dive with a systems integrator who is scoping a multi-site enterprise deployment and needs to understand service-level parameters, failover design, and integration with their existing managed network. Between meetings, you update your partner tracker, draft a short brief for leadership on a pattern you are seeing across three partners, and prepare for tomorrow's quarterly business review with one of your named accounts. Your day ends with a handoff note to a colleague in the Asia-Pacific region who picks up a shared partner issue overnight. No two days are identical, but the constants are: you are the technical authority your partners rely on, and you are the internal voice that ensures their needs are heard.
