Sr. Partner Marketing Manager

The Amazon Leo Partner Marketing team is looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to lead B2C marketing partnerships in Europe. This role is responsible for developing the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across retailer, distributor, and other partner channels in the region. A successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the opportunity to build something from scratch while also delivering tangible results at pace. We are looking for someone who can execute at both a strategic and tactical level, equally at home presenting a channel strategy to senior leadership and managing the workback schedule for an in-store launch across multiple markets.

You will own the development of B2C partner marketing strategy end-to-end: from building frameworks and processes that do not yet exist, to working hand-in-hand with partners to drive measurable subscriber growth. This is a greenfield opportunity to lead marketing collaboration with strategic partners in one of Amazon’s most ambitious new ventures.

The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the Leo organisation, including Consumer business leadership, B2B Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, Business Development, and regional commercial teams.

Operating across multiple European markets, you will navigate different regulatory environments, cultural nuances, languages, and retail landscapes. You will build and manage relationships with major international and local retail and distribution partners, adapting global strategies to resonate in each market while maintaining brand consistency.

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define and own the indirect partner and channel marketing strategy for Amazon Leo B2C across European markets — building frameworks, processes, and measurement approaches from the ground up.
  • Lead senior-level distributor and retailer partner engagements and support quarterly business reviews.
  • Work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth and scale) and at the tactical level (managing marketing campaign execution, planning in-store fixtures, and solving problems).
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Leo, working with Brand, Legal, Finance, and regional commercial teams to unlock partner marketing opportunities and resolve blockers.
  • Manage marketing initiatives with retail, distributor, and third-party sales partners, including co-branded campaigns and activations adapted for local markets.
  • Own in-store and online retail execution with channel partners, creating best-in-class customer experiences tailored to each market’s retail environment.
  • Work closely with agencies across multiple markets to brief, execute, and sign off in-store and digital merchandising collateral, setting workbacks, approving creative, and ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines while allowing for local adaptation.
  • Manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects spanning multiple countries, languages, and timezones - driving execution end-to-end in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
