Job Responsibilities
- Standardise PCS products and DC-side and MVS solutions for energy storage containers; oversee cost control, technological advancement, and competitiveness.
- Provide pre-sales technical support for the European region, covering PCS products, DC-side, and MVS solutions for energy storage containers; compile and maintain core marketing materials for internal products and solutions; lead end-to-end commercialization of advanced solutions; and resolve pre-sales technical enquiries from clients.
- Compile and analyse PCS-related standards, grid connection acceptance criteria, laws and regulations, and simulation modelling requirements across various European countries; establish and maintain a standards information database for target markets.
- Collect and collate customer requirements and market intelligence, translating them into standardized requirements specifications and technical solution documents.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, Electronic Information, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with power system architecture and the operating principles of energy storage PCS or PV inverters; candidates with a background in energy storage system R&D are preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong internal and external communication skills; meticulous, proactive, logical, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in energy storage solutions or energy storage PCS product R&D, testing, or marketing.
- Familiarity with European energy storage markets; demonstrated ability to analyse technical solutions, interpret industry standards, and produce technical reports; proven cross-functional collaboration skills to drive projects forward.
