Job Description
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Design intuitive and scalable user journeys for complex enterprise and financial technology platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate product concepts and solutions.
- Lead UX thinking across product initiatives, helping teams identify the right problems to solve.
- Contribute to and evolve a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate design decisions.
- Transform user insights and product data into actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and effectively translated into production environments.
- Design experiences that leverage automation and artificial intelligence to improve user outcomes and efficiency.
- Advocate for user-centred design principles while balancing business and technical requirements.
- Stay informed on emerging design methodologies, AI trends, and best practices within enterprise product development.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years of overall tenure and proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or Product Designer working on complex web based products, ideally B2B products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.
- Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, financial services, fintech, research, data, analytics, or workflow driven platforms.
- Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to design scalable experiences across multiple products and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to simplify complex user challenges.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility, and data-driven design methodologies.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience designing AI-enabled products or integrating AI capabilities into user experiences is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of how design translates into front-end development and production environments.
- Familiarity with modern product development processes and agile delivery practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
