We’re looking for a Sr. Product Designer, Specialty Travel to join our Specialty Travel and Events Team in London
Our ideal candidate is a practitioner who can untangle complex B2B workflows and bring them to life with high-quality execution.
In this role, you will take ownership of key investment areas within our platform, moving from early-stage discovery and logic mapping to high-fidelity UI and rigorous developer handoff. We need a designer who is equally comfortable defining the "how it works" as they are the "how it looks."
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process for specific Specialty Travel workstreams from initial concept and user flows to final UI polish and developer-ready documentation.
- Simplify Complex Systems: Translate intricate business requirements and dense data into clear, intuitive B2B interfaces. You’ll turn "information overload" into a streamlined user experience.
- Systems Thinking: Contribute to and evolve our design system. You’ll ensure that enterprise-grade features remain consistent, accessible, and scalable across web and mobile.
- Influence through Narrative: Present complex concepts in an easily digestible narrative to influence partners and stakeholders. You don't just show screens; you tell the story of the user’s journey.
- Bridge the Gap to Engineering: Collaborate daily with developers to ensure your designs are implemented as intended. You care about the details of the final product as much as the initial prototype.
- Data-Informed Advocacy: Use research and product analytics to validate your design decisions and build a well-rounded vision.
- Global Collaboration: Work as part of a global team spanning London, Berlin, and San Francisco. You’ll facilitate design rituals and syncs that bridge time zones and cultures.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Design experience: Specifically within B2B, SaaS, or complex technical systems. You should be comfortable with deep hierarchies and power-user workflows.
- Full-Stack proficiency: A portfolio that demonstrates strength in both UX Architecture (logic, edge cases, user flows) and UI Design (layout, hierarchy, and interaction).
- Figma expertise: Proficiency in Figma is required; you use auto-layout and components to build organized, scalable files.
- AI-Native Workflow: Comfortable weaving AI tools into everyday design work, using generative and AI-assisted features within Figma, prototyping tools, and LLMs to speed up research synthesis, content drafting, and exploration, without letting the tools replace your own judgment.
- Shipped B2B Work: A proven track record of shipping impactful work in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Technical fluency: You understand the constraints of web and mobile. You speak the language of developers and know how to negotiate a design without sacrificing the user experience.
- An Iterative mindset: You believe that "done is better than perfect" but "perfecting" is what happens in the next sprint. You thrive on fast feedback cycles.
- Strong communication: You can explain the "why" behind a design decision just as easily as you can discuss high-level product strategy.
- A remote collaboration mindset: Excellent asynchronous communication skills. You thrive in a global environment where documentation, Slack, and proactive updates are key to team success.
