Job Description

About the Role & Team

As a Senior Product Manager II within the Ad Platform technology team at DEEPT, you will be a part of the team defining Addressable advertising.

Reporting to a Director of Product Management, you will drive the strategy and execution of core ad serving capabilities that power global ad delivery across Disney’s streaming and digital platforms.

You will lead initiatives focused on global prioritization, system interoperability, and scalable integrations across a complex ecosystem of internal services and external partners. This role is central to ensuring reliable, performant, and extensible ad delivery across all formats and markets.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions that improve delivery efficiency, enable seamless integrations, and support global operational scale.

The ideal candidate is an action-oriented problem solver with deep experience in digital advertising platforms, ad serving systems, and distributed architectures. You are comfortable navigating technical complexity, driving alignment across teams, and translating strategic objectives into durable platform capabilities.

If you’re passionate about building the foundation of modern ad delivery and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.

On any given day at Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product and Technology, we’re reimagining ways to create magical viewing experiences for the world’s most beloved stories while also transforming Disney’s media business for the future. Whether that’s evolving our streaming and digital products in new and immersive ways, powering worldwide advertising and distribution to maximize flexibility and efficiency, or delivering Disney’s unmatched entertainment and sports content, every day is a moment to make a difference to partners and to hundreds of millions of people around the world.

A few reasons why we think you’d love working for Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology:

  • Building the future of Disney’s media business: DEEPT Technologists are designing and building the infrastructure that will power Disney’s media, advertising, and distribution businesses for years to come.
  • Reach & Scale: The products and platforms this group builds and operates delight millions of consumers every minute of every day – from Disney+ and Hulu, to ABC News and Entertainment, to ESPN and ESPN+, and much more.
  • Innovation: We develop and execute groundbreaking products and techniques that shape industry norms and enhance how audiences experience sports, entertainment & news.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
