All to shape how we listen to customers, how we learn from them, and how we amplify their stories to the market.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for a seasoned product marketer who knows how to build lasting customer relationships, translate insights into strategy, and create content and programs that move the needle for sales, marketing, and product alike.

  • Someone curious about how AI is reshaping capital markets and the mechanics of deal making.
  • A motivated contributor: Excited to help build and evolve how we engage with customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities

Voice of the customer: Design and own Datasite’s voice of the customer program (methodology, cadence, and governance) to create a regular drumbeat of customer listening from opportunity creation through repeat purchase. Build reporting that makes customer sentiment visible and actionable, including signals that surface advocates and flag customer risk. Implement social listening practices to monitor brand conversations, emerging customer themes, and competitive signals across digital channels.

Customer advisory council: Own Datasite’s Customer Advisory council from end to end. Lead in-person and virtual sessions driving structured dialogue between strategic customers and Datasite leadership. Synthesize feedback into clear recommendations that inform product, marketing, and go-to-market decisions.

Customer stories: Build a world-class library of customer stories. Work across marketing teams to get them seen, used, and working hard at every stage of the buyer journey. Create enablement assets like one-page case studies, slides, and talk tracks to for sales teams to use as success stories.

Customer research: Be Datasite’s in-house customer intelligence engine — conducting rigorous research that informs positioning, product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Design and run qualitative and quantitative customer research: interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, and persona validation. Build feedback loops with sales and customer success to keep Datasite’s customer intelligence current.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a closely related field — ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record building or managing customer advocacy programs, customer advisory boards, or voice of customer initiatives.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative customer research and translating findings into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills — You’re as comfortable in a room with a C-suite customer as you are partnering with internal teams.
  • Experience with social listening tools and third party review sites to turn online conversations into actionable insight.
  • Strong project management chops — You can run multiple programs simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Familiarity with M&A, financial services, or deal technology is a plus — But curiosity and drive to learn matter more.
  • Bachelors degree required, post-graduate degree a bonus.
