About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help drive the evolution and growth of our Corporate Research Solutions portfolio. In this role, you will work at the intersection of customer needs, market opportunity, and technology innovation, translating insights into products and capabilities that deliver meaningful value to corporate research organisations.
You will partner closely with commercial, technology, content, data, and operations teams to define priorities, execute product roadmaps, and support go-to-market success. This is an exciting opportunity for a product professional who thrives in a complex, matrixed environment and enjoys solving challenging customer problems through innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Corporate Research Solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Partner with customers, sales teams, and customer success teams to understand market requirements and identify growth opportunities.
- Prioritise product initiatives based on customer value, strategic fit, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, content, and operations teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Champion customer discovery activities and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, including AI, to inform product direction.
- Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and commercial enablement activities.
- Track product performance through KPIs and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.
- Influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure successful execution and delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or information services.
- Proven track record of delivering products that generate measurable customer and business value.
- Strong experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes within a matrixed organisation.
- Excellent customer discovery and product development skills, with the ability to translate insights into solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritisation, and performance measurement.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within research, scientific, healthcare, life sciences, or academic information markets is highly desirable.
