Job Title: Senior Product Owner
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Owner to lead delivery execution for complex digital products within an Agile, cross-functional environment. This role is responsible for translating product strategy into actionable work, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and driving high-quality, timely delivery of customer and business value.
The Senior Product Owner operates as a key liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders, owning backlog execution, managing dependencies, and guiding teams through the development lifecycle. This individual will work with a high degree of autonomy and influence, balancing delivery precision with strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Backlog & Delivery Ownership
- Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring alignment with product priorities and outcomes
- Translate features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and success measures
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization
- Manage in-sprint scope decisions and drive tradeoffs
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across sprints and releases
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product Managers to align on roadmap execution
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX, and Platform on solution design and delivery
- Serve as primary escalation point for delivery teams
- Coordinate with other Product Owners to manage dependencies and alignment across teams
- Influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Customer & Business Alignment
- Ensure delivery work supports business goals and customer needs
- Incorporate voice of the customer through UX and research collaboration
- Validate that features deliver measurable value
- Support business case development and value tracking
Technical & Risk Management
- Provide input on solution design and technical tradeoffs
- Maintain functional integrity of features
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints, including regulatory considerations
- Support validation, governance, and release readiness
Agile Leadership & Improvement
- Lead Agile ceremonies and promote best practices
- Participate in PI planning or scaled Agile activities
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery and team processes
- Mentor junior Product Owners as needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Product Owner or Agile delivery roles
- Experience with cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum or SAFe)
- Experience managing complex products or dependencies
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Experience in regulated environments and/or digital/CRM platforms preferred

Job Title: Senior Product Owner E2E
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Product Owner to join our End-to-End Customer experience team responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones. Working in an Agile environment, in collaboration with a cross-functional team, this person will be responsible for defining and executing the Product roadmap and ensuring the Backlog is properly prioritized, defined and executed for the team.
Responsibilities
- Obtain high-level work estimation (t-shirt size) for Phase A and Phase B
- Prioritizes the ART Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities
- Maintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features for the team
- Provides input into timelines/ dates, and investigates alternate paths forward on potential timing options
- Drives tradeoff evaluations on feature implementation
- Defines Program Increment objectives
- Participates in usability studies to bring voice of the customer on a feature to the team
- Support PM with Phase A business case development (both cost and value)
- Support PM with Phase B in defining and gaining approval of customer journeys, detailed process flows, epic identification, feature identification, and consolidation of high level work estimations required for Phase B approval and closure
- Ensure consistency of configuration and partners with Solution Leads to ensure design and development consistency across all work with ART
- Facilitates software selection process to deliver the 'what’
- Serve as 1st escalation point for all Delivery POs in the ART (questions on feature refinement, solution options, and/or in sprint tradeoffs
Education And Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies, related to Product Owner role.
- Knowledgeable of IT systems development strongly preferred
- Familiar with Software Development technologies.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with audiences with various levels of technical background.
- Experience in Medical Device development and/or other highly regulated products.
- Passion to continuously improve processes and practices.

Preferred Skills And Competencies
- Experience with Insulin Pumps development will be a plus.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proactive at communicating with various stakeholders in the organization.
- Detail oriented, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated abilities to leverage creativity in order to overcome obstacles and work with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment
- Able to organize and judge multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements (if Applicable)
- US travel as needed (at least once per quarter)
