Senior Product Designer

A bit about us:

PulsePoint is a leading technology company that uses real-world data in real-time to optimize campaign performance and revolutionize health decision-making. Leveraging proprietary datasets and methodology, PulsePoint targets healthcare professionals and patients with an unprecedented level of accuracy—delivering unparalleled results to the clients we serve. The company is now a part of Internet Brands, a KKR portfolio company and owner of WebMD Health Corp.

We're hiring a self-driven, technically fluent Senior UX Designer who’s comfortable working with stakeholders, product leadership and high-stakes clients to build and ship polished B2B SaaS experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product leadership and key clients to develop short- and long-term product vision, translate strategy into product concepts, and present them to stakeholders.
  • Design and optimize user journeys across the product suite; integrate new features into workflows to meet business goals and elevate the overall experience.
  • Use LLMs and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to rapidly build functional, interactive prototypes that go beyond linked mockups to demonstrate real behavior and interaction patterns.
  • Think thoroughly about both macro interactions (end-to-end flows, information architecture, cross-product coherence) and micro interactions (transitions, feedback states, edge cases, loading patterns).
  • Make and articulate decisions on balancing user needs with business needs. Rationalize and defend these decisions.
  • Lead user research and translate insights into actionable design strategies.
  • Own UX-related features end to end: define requirements with clients and stakeholders, write user stories, work with Engineering and QA to ensure seamless delivery, participate in UAT and go-to-market activities.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs that reflect the success of designed and delivered features from the UX standpoint.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
