CAI Business Units and the Markets We Serve
CAI Software is organized into three business units: Graphic Communications, Process Manufacturing, and Discrete Manufacturing - aligned to the industries we serve. This structure keeps our teams close to customer needs while operating with the scale and support of a global software company.
Graphic Communications
This role is part of our Graphic Communications business unit, which serves the global print and packaging industry with ERP and production software designed for commercial printers, packaging manufacturers, promotional and transactional print providers, sign and display manufacturers, and in-plant operations. Our solutions accelerate performance by improving operational visibility, production efficiency, and profitability in complex, high-volume environments.

About the Role
CAI is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our EMEA team. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate may be based anywhere in the UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands or Germany.
We're looking for a motivated, ambitious professional who is comfortable with occasional travel to customer sites across Europe, Scandinavia, Africa and the Middle East to provide implementation support and consultancy.
What You'll Do
- Lead individual implementation, upgrade and installation projects to a successful conclusion, in accordance with CAI's methodology
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer base
- Partner with colleagues across all business areas to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Mentor and provide application training to colleagues and new hires
- Maintain a high standard of personal administration
- Participate in team-based activities
- Provide regular status and activity reports according to company practice
- Learn CAI's products in order to deliver training and consultancy effectively
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both Verbal and Written Communication in English and French
- Troubleshoot server and system issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows server environments, including services, configuration and connectivity
- Support installations, upgrades and integrations
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- SQL Server knowledge, including writing SELECT and UPDATE scripts
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot Windows IIS
- Experience in the print industry is a plus, but not essential
