We're hiring a Senior Program Consultant

Join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in London.


This role is ideal for professionals with experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, workforce solutions, or talent acquisition operations who enjoy partnering with stakeholders, advising hiring managers, and driving successful hiring outcomes across large-scale programs.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and client stakeholders,
  • Managing the end-to-end contingent workforce requisition lifecycle,
  • Providing market intelligence and compensation insights,
  • Partnering with suppliers to improve delivery and performance,
  • Supporting onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and offboarding activities,
  • Utilizing VMS platforms such as Beeline or SAP Fieldglass,
  • Driving program success through stakeholder engagement and process improvements,

We're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, MSP, or contingent labor programs,
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills,
  • Experience working with VMS technology (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.),
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities,
  • Fluent English,
