Senior Program Manager, Accessibility and Localization
Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions. All customers can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.
Are you interested in shaping the future of entertainment and making it accessible to every customer, in every language? Prime Video's supply chain teams are creating a best-in-class digital video experience. You'll own programs that are fast-paced, challenging, and highly visible across the organization. You'll experiment with new possibilities, take smart risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Accessibility and Localization programs within the Media Digital Supply Chain. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution for how Prime Video delivers accessible and localized content — including subtitles, dubbing, audio description, sign language, closed captions, and forced narratives — at global scale. You will serve as the senior point of contact between Prime Video and our localization and accessibility vendor network, driving operational excellence, defining multi-year roadmaps, and influencing product and technology investment to raise the bar for accessibility and localization quality across the catalog.
This individual will shape the direction of our digital supply chain architecture for accessibility and localization, operating with significant autonomy in an ambiguous space. You will set strategy, build mechanisms, and align senior stakeholders across content, product, technology, and operations. The successful candidate should have deep familiarity with Movie and TV content digital delivery standards, localization and accessibility specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., accessibility mandates across regions), along with the ability to acquire new technology concepts quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
