As a Senior Program Manager within Fulfillment Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling the global fulfillment strategy for both license and cloud software products. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence, improve client outcomes, and enable business growth. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution - partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Client Experience, IT, and Operations to design, implement, and continuously optimize fulfillment processes and capabilities at a global scale.

What The Role Offers

  • Lead strategic programs and initiatives to transform and optimize global fulfillment processes, including software licensing, entitlement, and delivery capabilities (e.g., SLD, CT, OTSM, and related systems)
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Fulfillment Operations, Sales, Support, and IT to define priorities, align on outcomes, and drive execution against business objectives
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery, including planning, requirements definition, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization for medium to highly complex initiatives
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for fulfillment processes, representing regional and global operational needs in strategic discussions and decision-making forums
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to gather and translate business requirements into scalable process and system solutions, ensuring alignment across multiple geographies and functions
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution, proactively identifying and addressing challenges that may impact program delivery or client outcomes
  • Drive operational rigor and governance, including SOX compliance, process adherence, and standardized global practices
  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including status updates, program reviews, and business case recommendations
  • Champion continuous improvement, leveraging data, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices to evolve fulfillment capabilities and client experience
  • Enable organizational readiness and adoption through training, documentation, and change management across global teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
