About the role

We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful, and open-minded Sr. Project Manager to join our London office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong focus on project planning, execution, and delivery across a diverse portfolio that includes:

  • Retail permanent stores
  • Interior design and furniture projects
  • Pop-up stores
  • Window displays

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Lead and manage ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) for cohesive execution.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
  • Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination.

Client Management

  • Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans.
  • Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes.
  • Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities – able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of spatial concepts, construction processes, and design execution.
  • Proficient in project management tools and drawing packages (CAD, 3D modeling, renderings, moodboards).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.

Software:

  • CAD: AutoCAD or equivalent
  • 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Rhinoceros, V-Ray (plus)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (plus)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
