Full Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Employment: Full-time permanent position
Client: Reputed Pharma company
Salary: 80 to 100K GBP
Responsibilities
- Should have 10yrs - 14yrs of experience in managing CRM projects and development.
- Should have experience working with Veeva Vault and in the pharmaceutical domain.
- Well versed in project planning, estimations, risk management, stakeholder management and execution.
- Should be able to control cost of delivery of the project and improve profitability.
- Leading projects, communicating with clients and internal teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Scoping tasks, phases, and projects with input from multiple teams.
- Development and management of project timelines and project plans.
- Identification and mitigation of project risks from time to time.
- Validation and presentation of project deliverables.
- Assurance of quality of deliverables and operations of managed resources.
- Technical analysis of project milestone deliverables including designs, wireframes, and specifications.
- Identifies risks associated with integration requirements for a web development project.
- Schedules and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensures that challenges and issues faced by technical team is accurately conveyed to all stakeholders.
- Help in Analysis and build of data schemas for complex integrations and technical specifications of complex deliverables.
- Establishment of close working relationships with internal team members.
- Keep the communication warm and complete all the time with all the internal and external stakeholders/customers.
- Track record of executing the web development projects in SLA driven committed delivery model.
- Well documented and process driven project management practice, which is anytime audit ready.
- Should have strong analytical ability, Feasibility analysis on the requirement/designs.
- Should have very good communication Skills.

- Qualification: MBA
- Min 6-10 yrs. of exp in Project management & 5+yrs of exp in client facing role.
Required Skills
- Superior communication skills.
- Should have managed large teams.
- Proficient in financial concepts.
- Life science / pharma background would be mandatory.
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and manage client’s expectations.
- Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities.
- Structured thinking and articulation.
- Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills (Not required)
- Nice to have: Qualification: MBA.
