Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager

Location: London, UK – Remote
Company: Endlos Ltd.

About Us

Endlos is an innovative technology company focused on building smart recycling solutions that contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable future. The company designs and develops advanced Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) and integrated digital solutions that make the collection, sorting, and management of recyclable containers more efficient and accessible. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and technology, Endlos provides intelligent recycling solutions for retailers, supermarkets, shopping centres, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and businesses. Its solutions are designed to support efficient recycling operations and the evolving requirements of Deposit Return Schemes (DRS), particularly across the UK market.

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to develop the UK market for our Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) and sustainable waste-management solutions. The role will focus on building relationships with retailers, supermarkets, FMCG companies, convenience stores, and other relevant businesses, while identifying new opportunities and converting them into commercial partnerships. The position is primarily remote based with occasionally travel across the UK required for client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, site visits, negotiations, and business development activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
