Senior Sales Representative – Cross Sell Life Sciences
Location: UK Remote
Business: Honeywell Technologies – Life Sciences Vertical
Senior Sales Representative, Cross Sell is responsible for accelerating growth across Honeywell Technologies' Life Sciences Vertical by driving enterprise-wide cross-selling initiatives and developing customer relationships within the life science industry.
This role serves as a key commercial representative responsible for identifying, developing, and closing complex opportunities across Honeywell's integrated portfolio of Process Automation, Building Automation, Industrial Automation, including Quality Management, Manufacturing Operations, Cyber, and building management. The position plays a critical role in executing Honeywell's "One Honeywell" Life Sciences strategy by delivering a unified customer experience and maximizing customer value through integrated solutions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise solution sales, SaaS and subscription-based business models, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, and complex matrix selling environments. This individual will collaborate extensively across Honeywell Technologies businesses and functions while establishing Honeywell as a trusted strategic partner for customers pursuing digital transformation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region, with remote work flexibility

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
- Ability to identify business challenges and develop integrated hardware, software, services, and recurring revenue solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- Experience selling complex technology, automation, software, or digital solutions into Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, or manufacturing environments
- Experience managing long-cycle enterprise sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS, subscription-based software, cloud platforms, digital transformation solutions, or enterprise technology offerings.
- Demonstrated experience driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and customer expansion strategies.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial Software, Digital Manufacturing, SCADA, DCS, Building Management Systems (BMS), Connected Facilities, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of GMP, GxP, FDA-regulated, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience working within highly matrixed global organizations.
- Strong executive presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
