Sr Sales Representative Terminals - UK Remote

As a Sr Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within the terminals business. Your expertise in account management strategy will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

You will report directly to the Product Business Leader Northern Region, and you’ll work out of the UK or Ireland. This role includes up to 50% of business travel, mainly in UK and Ireland.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by developing and executing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role will further define and execute the business development strategy that will seize additional market and drive revenue growth for the terminals. Your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities will contribute to the overall success of Honeywell in the Industrial Measurement and Control sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account and Channel Management
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and channels within the terminals business, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Expansion & Business Development
    • Develop the business development strategy for the terminals market in the assigned territory.
    • Develop pipeline and manage the opportunity life cycle to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Engagement & Strategic Influence
    • Build senior-level relationships that support long-term strategic partnerships and cross-portfolio adoption.
  • Sales Execution & Opportunity Leadership
    • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
    • Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to craft compelling, value-driven solutions.

Must Have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record in the Terminals Business.
  • Strong understanding of the terminals business and the Industrial Measurement and Control sector.

Good to Have

  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective account strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the oil and gas sector.
