Job Description
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Activity 1: GSCM Project Leadership
- Act as the GSCM lead for assigned strategic programs, including New Product Development (NPD)
- To provide supply chain expertise, launch readiness planning, and capacity-load analysis
Activity 2: Production Transfer Management
- Lead internal production transfer studies
- Initiate and present comprehensive business cases through the "Management of Change" (MoC) process
Activity 3: Risk Mitigation & Capacity Planning
- Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and bottlenecks using global capacity analyses
- Evaluate alternative scenarios and recommend mitigation plans
Activity 4: Strategic Volume Planning
- Participate in the development of the annual Centralized Production Plan and the Assumption-Based Review (ABR) across multiple manufacturing sites
Activity 5: Product Phase-In / Phase-Out (PIPO)
- Develop and execute transition ("switch") plans for PIPO projects in close partnership with key stakeholders, including manufacturing sites, R&D, Quality, and Master Data teams
Activity 6: Tool Deployment
- Support the implementation and deployment of advanced planning tools (e.g., Aera) within the supply chain network

- Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record in complex data manipulation and translating metrics into business insights
- Influence & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence peers and senior leadership in a matrix organization without direct hierarchical authority
- Problem-Solving: Strong capability to dissect complex operational issues and propose structured, actionable solutions

Knowledges
- Education: B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree is a plus)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, production planning, or manufacturing operations
- Systems Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced planning tools. APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is highly desirable
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this global rôle
