Job Title

Are you a seasoned account management professional with deep roots in the Fashion or Sports industry? We're looking for someone with that senior-level experience to lead the EU relationship with one of our biggest and most complex Fashion & Sports vendors in the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) program. You'll own the end-to-end account strategy across multiple European marketplaces, act as a consultant to senior vendor stakeholders, and drive measurable long-term growth. This is a dedicated, single-vendor role — not a portfolio.

You'll operate at the intersection of e-commerce strategy, cross-functional leadership, and vendor consulting. That means designing and executing multi-marketplace growth plans, coordinating teams across Advertising, Supply Chain, and Category, and partnering directly with the vendor's Sales and Account Directors. Your Fashion or Sports industry knowledge will be essential as you define success metrics, clear blockers for the account team, and surface new business opportunities that shape the future of our service. Along the way, you'll build EU-wide strategic leadership experience, develop executive-level vendor relationships, and take on org-wide projects that stretch beyond your immediate account.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end EU account strategy for a top-tier Fashion & Sports vendor, applying your senior account management and industry expertise to design and execute growth plans across multiple marketplaces and categories.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Advertising, Supply Chain, Item Data Quality), setting priorities, defining metric goals, and clearing blockers so the account team can execute effectively.
  • Lead cross-divisional projects spanning Marketing & Promotions, Selection, and Operational Excellence at vendor level, as well as strategic EU-wide initiatives for the Amazon Vendor Services or Retail organization.
  • Build long-term consulting relationships with senior vendor stakeholders (Sales Directors, Account Directors), leveraging your Fashion or Sports background to identify new business opportunities rooted in vendor and customer needs.
  • Provide strategic direction for EU workstreams on key vendor priorities, ensuring the right resources and focus are in place to deliver results through the broader team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A Day in the Life

Your week balances deep strategic work with high-touch collaboration. You might start the day reviewing performance data across marketplaces to spot trends, then join a call with the vendor's Commercial Director to align on a joint growth initiative. Mid-week, you're leading a cross-functional sync with Advertising, Supply Chain, and local account managers to unblock a promotional plan. Later in the week, you're building the quarterly business review narrative or scoping a new project that could scale across the org.

About the Team

We're the EU Fashion & Sports Amazon Vendor Services team — a group of senior account managers who operate as strategic consultants to some of the biggest fashion and sports brands on Amazon. Unlike traditional vendor management, this is a paid service: our vendors choose to work with us, which means the bar for quality, trust, and commercial impact is high.

We're investing in how GenAI can transform our work, from automating operational tasks to finding new ways to accelerate vendor growth. If you want to combine strategic account leadership with AI-augmented ways of working, this team is building that future now. We value commercial sharpness and the ability to simplify complexity. If you enjoy operating where strategy meets execution, with real accountability for outcomes, this is the right environment.
