Systems Administrator
Harbor Compliance is a leader in legal entity management and business licensing, supporting over 35,000 clients. As a Systems Administrator, you will join a project-focused team responsible for scaling infrastructure following major mergers and acquisitions. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to bridge the gap between IT, Engineering, and Security to deliver automated, well-documented cloud and endpoint solutions.
Pay Range: $76,135 - $84,412 USD
Location: Remote (Home Office)
Experience: 5+ years in Systems Administration.
Core Tech: Google Workspace, M365, Azure, AWS, JumpCloud.
Device Management: Intune (Windows), Jamf (macOS), JumpCloud (Cross-platform).
Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Management

- Planning and executing platform improvements and migrations, particularly those resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensuring that virtualized environments are optimized for performance.
- Integrating cloud-based services seamlessly across the organization's global footprint.
Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
A major focus of this position is managing a diverse fleet of Windows, macOS, and Linux devices. You will:
- Utilize a "best-of-breed" toolset, including Intune for Windows, Jamf for Apple devices, and JumpCloud for identity-driven endpoint orchestration.
- Create automated deployment profiles.
- Enforce security policies.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex configuration issues.

Automation & Identity Governance
To drive operational efficiency, you will:
- Develop scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate repetitive tasks such as user provisioning, access audits, and system hardening.
- Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, ensuring that least-privilege principles are applied across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for all automated workflows.

You are the technical engine behind Harbor Compliance’s infrastructure evolution. By mastering cross-platform device management and cloud automation, you ensure that as the company grows through acquisitions, its internal systems remain secure, scalable, and highly reliable.
