Team Overview

The Measurement Product team is focused on transforming how marketers understand and optimize performance across the customer journey. The team leads the strategy and development of TransUnion's measurement portfolio, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Closed Loop Measurement, and Randomized Controlled Testing (RCT). Through platform modernization, automation, and integration of TransUnion's proprietary data assets, the team is building scalable, privacy-conscious solutions that deliver faster insights, greater transparency, and more actionable measurement for advertisers. The team's roadmap is centered on increasing customer self-service, expanding industry-specific measurement offerings, and creating a more connected measurement ecosystem that helps clients make better marketing investment decisions.

This role reports to the VP - Product Management. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical specifications for secure and efficient data ingestion supporting TransUnion measurement solutions.
  • Own the product strategy for data ingestion that powers MMM, MTA, Closed-Loop Measurement, and RCT solutions.
  • Drive the migration of existing ingestion tools to TransUnion's unified platform, with a focus on consistency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute the product plan for data ingestion and related technical capabilities.
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights and translate customer needs into product requirements and priorities.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Global Operations, cross-functional support teams, and go-to-market teams to deliver product outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for data and technical solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Manage technical trade-offs, multiple assignments, risks, and decisions throughout the full product delivery lifecycle.
  • Promote a customer-centric, design-thinking approach with strong accountability and ownership for the underlying customer and consumer problem.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible product management experience, including taking products to market and completing the full product delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps for data and/or technical solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), to support cross-functional delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with confidence managing multiple assignments.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
