Description
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager on the Amazon Leo Partner Services (ALPS) team, you will own and drive complex, externally facing technical integration programs with Amazon Leo’s global distribution partners. You will serve as the primary program leader responsible for ensuring partners successfully integrate, validate, and launch satellite internet service in their contracted territories and channels.
This role sits at the center of partner-facing execution and internal product coordination. You will manage end-to-end technical integration programs spanning API onboarding, BSS/OSS integration, network readiness, operational enablement, and launch milestones. You will work cross-functionally with Amazon Leo engineering, product, solutions architecture, and operations teams to ensure partner-facing deliverables are defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical fluency, program leadership, executive communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguity within a fast-moving global environment.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and critical path items early and drive mitigation plans
- Ensure timely delivery of partner-facing product capabilities required for country and channel launches

Partner Engagement
- Act as the primary technical program interface for strategic distribution partners
- Lead recurring program reviews, executive checkpoints, and milestone tracking sessions
- Translate partner integration requirements into clear internal execution plans
- Drive alignment across partner engineering, operations, and commercial teams
- Proactively manage integration blockers and escalate cross-functional issues when required
- Ensure partners are positioned to meet contractual launch timelines

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
