Ansell is looking for a Senior Territory Sales Manager Healthcare UK Central & Midlands to join our team in the United Kingdom (Remote).

What your role will be?
- Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities within NHS accounts across Central England and the Midlands territory.
- Drive the positioning and adoption of Ansell Medical products across Operating Room and Non-Operating Room environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS procurement teams, clinicians, key opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, consultative selling, customer visits and industry events.
- Deliver against pipeline generation targets and contribute to regional sales growth objectives.
- Drive direct end-user engagement to create demand and support sales channel activation strategies.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and consultative assessments to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Education and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent customer support and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and sales activity records within Salesforce CRM.
- Provide territory forecasts, pipeline reviews and commercial insights to support business planning.
- Monitor NHS market developments, competitor activity and healthcare trends to uncover new opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with NHS procurement standards, healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Analyze workplace safety risks and recommend tailored healthcare and PPE solutions, including gloves and medical protective products.

What will you bring to Ansell?
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Job Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in territory sales, business development, account management or similar commercial roles.
- Proven track record of pipeline generation, new business acquisition and quota achievement.
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare, PPE, life sciences or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with distributor partners and field-based sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.
Knowledge and Skills
- Fluent English.
- Strong Salesforce CRM discipline, forecasting and opportunity management capabilities.
- Proven consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prospect, cold call and build opportunities through multi-touch sales activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities with clinicians, procurement teams, distributors and internal partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer, market and competitive data.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop value-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% across the assigned territory.

Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)
- Home-office based within the United Kingdom.
- Frequent travel across Central England and the Midlands territory (approximately 75%).
- Occasional international travel for regional meetings, conferences, trade fairs and customer engagements.
- Flexibility to attend meetings outside normal working hours when required.
