Job Opportunity: Sr. UI/UX Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer based in United Kingdom.

This is a senior design role focused on creating intuitive, polished, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile products.

You’ll work at the intersection of creative design and technical execution, partnering closely with developers and creative teams.

The role offers ownership from early concepts and user flows through high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

You’ll bring strong visual design fundamentals while considering usability, responsiveness, accessibility, and how products are actually built.

AI-powered design tools will be part of the workflow, helping you explore ideas and prototype quickly without compromising quality.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on conventional and experimental digital experiences, with room to contribute creative ideas and new approaches.

This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication, autonomy, attention to detail, and availability during AEST working hours.

Accountabilities:

  • Design intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products, balancing usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.
  • Translate briefs, business objectives, and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and polished digital experiences.
  • Develop interactive prototypes in Figma that effectively communicate user behaviour, interactions, transitions, and overall product experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong visual design systems, applying disciplined grids, spacing, typography, hierarchy, and responsive layouts.
  • Use AI-powered design and creative tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and rapid prototyping while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams throughout the design process to ensure accurate and practical implementation.
  • Present design concepts and decisions clearly to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, incorporating feedback while confidently explaining design rationale.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery, identifying problems and developing thoughtful, creative solutions.
  • Help structure and organise design work, documentation, and workflows so projects progress efficiently across distributed teams.
  • Contribute to experimental and innovative digital experiences, including immersive websites, animations, micro-interactions, and other emerging design approaches where relevant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
