Senior SRE Manager, London, Global Exchange Operator

London based, 4 days in office

We are working exclusively with one of the world's largest exchange operators, a business that sits at the heart of global financial markets across equities, options, futures and FX. They are looking for a Senior SRE Manager to be based in London, leading platform reliability across their European operations and global trading hours coverage.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position sitting at the centre of a follow-the-sun support model. You will have direct oversight of SRE teams across European and APAC time zones, owning platform availability, incident response and operational excellence for some of the world's most critical low latency trading infrastructure. Alongside the people leadership element, you will be technically hands-on, troubleshooting complex production issues, driving automation and contributing directly to platform performance and capacity planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
