Your skills and experience

• Proven experience leading cloud, engineering, SRE or managed service teams.
• Knowledge of SRE, DevOps and/or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience supporting secure, regulated or mission-critical environments.
• Strong customer, stakeholder and people leadership skills.
• Experience delivering against SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Experience delivering operational excellence, service improvement and automation.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL v4 certification or equivalent service management experience.
