A UK Bank is seeking a Vice President to join its growing Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) Structuring team in London.
Transaction Structuring
- Leading the structuring and execution of SRT and synthetic securitisation deals tailored to the bank's capital management goals.
Portfolio Selection & Analytics
- Analysing underlying loan portfolios, conducting risk assessments, and optimizing portfolio selection.

Financial Modelling
- Building and reviewing complex cashflow models, loss forecasting tools, and deal waterfalls.
Execution & Compliance
- Collaborating with legal, risk, regulatory, and distribution teams to manage transaction documentation and regulatory compliance.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–8 years of experience in securitisation, ideally with direct exposure to SRT / Synthetic Securitisation.

Modelling Expertise: Advanced quantitative and financial modelling skills (cashflows, deal waterfalls, loss distribution models).
Regulatory & Legal Acumen: Solid understanding of securitisation frameworks (CRR/Basel rules) and hands-on experience reviewing transaction legal documentation.
Education: Strong academic background in a quantitative, financial, or technical field.
