Exciting Opportunity: SSAS Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to develop a career within financial services and are inviting applications for the position of SSAS Administrator. This role is based in our Liverpool offices working on a hybrid basis. Full training will be provided and there will be an opportunity to study towards a professional qualification with full study support provided.

A Snapshot of Your Day

  • Work as part of a team to deliver accurate work in a timely fashion to your colleagues
  • Arrange for incoming post to be scanned onto our internal system and allocated to the correct person
  • Maintain scheme records on our internal administration system and other systems as required
  • Complete paper-based and electronic forms in line with set processes
  • Deal with banks and other financial institutions to obtain relevant information

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C / 5 or higher
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is desirable; strong IT skills essential
  • Attributes: High levels of integrity and confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive information
  • Interview Process: Candidates will be required to take a short written test to assess Numerical Checking, Numerical Reasoning, Numerical Computation, and Grammar & Spelling
