Join our dynamic HR operations team in Manchester, driving seamless end-to-end support and exceptional user experiences for employees across the region. This hybrid role balances collaboration with flexibility, keeping our workplace connected and efficient.
Office-first roles
This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).
Note: For this vacancy, you will work on site 2 days per week (Wednesday mandatory) and remotely 3 days per week.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners, managing inquiries end-to-end via ServiceNow.
- Guide line managers and stakeholders on core HR policies, procedures, and self-service processes.
- Support the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring smooth operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with internal Payroll teams to prepare and validate key inputs prior to cycle closures.
- Monitor transaction quality produced by regional Hubs against key performance metrics and SLAs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and localized HR projects that optimize the customer journey.

What we are looking for:
- Proven background in HR Advisory, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with HR enterprise systems and case management tools (Workday and ServiceNow strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and payroll collaboration.
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French or additional languages are a plus).
- Adaptable, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under shifting workloads and tight deadlines.
