Revenues, Benefits & Customer Contact Senior Officer – 3 Posts (full and part time)
Grade 5: £28,598 – £31,022 per annum

East Staffordshire Borough Council has an exciting opportunity for three motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Revenues, Benefits and Customer Contact Team as Senior Officers. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your experience within a busy customer service environment while helping residents, businesses and stakeholders access vital council services.
As a key member of the team, you will provide a professional and responsive service across a range of Revenues and Customer Contact functions. You will be committed to resolving enquiries efficiently, delivering high standards of customer care, and supporting customers through a variety of communication channels.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic and adaptable individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage a varied workload, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services to our residents.
