Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Satellite Service Provider (SSP) Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a SSP Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and enabling SSPs globally, as well as managing our existing ecosystem of SSP partners, and driving revenue growth through these sales channels. You will collaborate closely with SSP partners to develop and execute joint business plans, drive product adoption, and ensure alignment with our company’s goals and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage SSP Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing SSP partners and new SSP prospects.
- Joint Business Planning: Work with SSPs to develop and execute joint business plans that outline mutual goals, strategies, and action plans.
- Sales Enablement: Enable SSPs through training, resources, and support to effectively sell and support our products/services.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities and pipeline within SSPs to achieve sales targets and expand our market reach.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze SSP performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
- Market Development: Identify and prioritize new SSP opportunities and potential partnerships to expand our satellite and space ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure alignment on strategies and execution.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, with 5+ years in the Satellite market.
- This is a global role so the ideal candidate would reside in Europe or the UK, and be willing to travel extensively.
- A highly motivated hunter with strong existing SSP relationships.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present to and influence key stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of Networking and Security solutions (in particular SDWAN, SSE and SASE), satellite related technology, and technology trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range of 200,000 GBP to 250,000 GBP. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
