Barker Ross are currently recruiting for an experienced SSSTS Logistics Supervisor to work on a National Grid project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Traffic Marshals and Labourers, ensuring site logistics are managed safely and efficiently in line with project requirements.
Requirements
- Valid SSSTS Certificate
- Relevant Logistics Supervisor / Site Supervision experience
- Experience supervising Traffic Marshals and Labourers
- Strong understanding of site logistics, traffic management and H&S procedures
- Valid CSCS Card
- Right to Work in the UK
- Reliable and available to start ASAP

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Traffic Marshals and Labourers
- Manage day-to-day site logistics and workforce movements
- Ensure safe pedestrian and vehicle movements around site
- Monitor compliance with site rules, RAMS and health & safety procedures
- Liaise with site management and other trades to maintain efficient site operations
- Provide clear instructions and maintain high standards of site safety
