Teamforce Labour Seeking Groundworks Supervisors
Location: Isle of Grain, Kent
Start Date: Immediate, Monday
Requirements
- Gold CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Previous experience supervising groundworks/civils teams
- Strong understanding of site health & safety
- Experience overseeing drainage, ducting, and roadway works
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervising groundworks teams and daily site activities
- Overseeing drainage, ducting, and roadway build-up works
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
- Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
- Conducting briefings and ensuring RAMS are followed
- Liaising with site management and other contractors
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workmanship
