High-quality fresh chocolate - that's what the Swiss chocolate manufacturer Läderach stands for. What You Can Expect

  • You provide customer-oriented advice and sell our wide range of products, for example when helping customers choose gifts
  • You actively engage with our customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable solutions
  • You handle checkout processes and ensure accurate and correct cash management
  • You present our exquisite confectionery and chocolate assortment in an appealing and inviting way
  • You also perform production-related tasks as well as restocking and maintaining the sales areas
  • You implement our high quality standards with dedication and care
  • You consistently ensure compliance with hygiene and freshness standards
  • You work hand in hand with your team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere

What We Expect From You

  • You bring valuable professional experience in retail and have a passion for sales as well as a strong focus on closing deals
  • You enjoy direct contact with customers and aim to provide them with a special shopping experience
  • You quickly identify customer needs and provide tailored, friendly, and convincing advice
  • You have excellent communication skills and express yourself clearly and confidently
  • You speak German and English very well; French and other languages are a strong advantage and highly valued
  • You consistently prioritize quality and customer focus, even in busy or high-pressure situations
  • You work in a responsible, reliable, and well-structured manner
  • You have a strong awareness of quality and consistently maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • You are happy to take responsibility, are a true team player, and are committed to shared goals
  • You are motivated to further develop your skills in sales and service
  • You are flexible and not hesitant to work on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
