Job Description
As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for manning the reception desk.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be part of the Office Team, and be responsible for answering all telephone calls and emails that come direct to the Stadium.
The salary is £13.50 per hour.
What you will do
- To ensure all emails and telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Process all website and telephone bookings for our restaurants and general admission.
- Managing and processing the selling of our sponsorship packages.
- Running website reports.
- Completion of end of day bankings.
- Welcoming customers to the Stadium.
- Production and printing of racecards.
- To carry out any other reasonable requests from the Office Manager.

Qualifications
- Do you enjoy working as part of a team?
- Do you have knowledge and understanding of the Betting industry?
- Do you have knowledge of Microsoft programs and packages including Excel and Word?
