Your Role As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event. Your responsibilities will include: 💷 Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations. 📦 Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service. 🏃 Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event. 🧹 Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and licensing regulations. 😊 Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience. What We're Looking For ✔ Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. ✔ Confidence handling cash, stock control, and operational procedures. ✔ A proactive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service. ✔ Personal Licence holders are advantageous but not essential.
