Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee service to ensure speed, efficiency, and quality while guiding team performance ✔ Maintain cleanliness and organisation, fostering a safe and welcoming environment ✔ Supervise cash handling, operate tills, and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies ✔ Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and guarantee proper supplies for events ✔ Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service
