Mint People are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Stadium Retail Section Managers to lead retail operations across the concourse within one of our client's stadium stands in Manchester.

Your Role
As a Stadium Retail Section Manager, you will take ownership of a designated retail section within one of the stadium concourses, ensuring every outlet operates safely, efficiently, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple kiosks, bars, and food outlets within your allocated stadium section.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting Team Leaders and Retail Assistants to deliver outstanding service throughout the event.
- Monitoring customer flow and service standards, ensuring queues are managed effectively and outlets operate at maximum efficiency.
- Overseeing stock levels across your section, coordinating replenishment, and ensuring all outlets remain fully stocked throughout the event.
- Supervising cash handling, till compliance, and end-of-event cash reconciliation in line with company procedures.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, licensing compliance, and health & safety are maintained across your section.
- Acting as the main point of contact for your allocated concourse, communicating with Stadium Retail Managers and operational teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Completing opening, operational, and closing checks, ensuring all outlets are event-ready before gates open and closed down correctly after the event.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing retail, hospitality, or food & beverage operations in a busy stadium, arena, or large event venue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with stock control, cash management, and operational compliance.
- A calm, proactive approach, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
