Mint People are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Food Runners to work within premium hospitality suites, restaurants, and VIP areas at some of the UK's leading stadiums and event venues across Manchester and the Northwest.

YOUR ROLE
As a Hospitality Food Runner, you'll play an important part in ensuring guests receive a seamless dining experience by supporting the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests in hospitality suites, restaurants, and VIP areas.
- Ensuring all dishes are presented correctly and match service standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Supporting waiting staff during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations.
- Clearing tables and assisting with resetting dining areas throughout service.
- Assisting with the setup and preparation of hospitality areas before guests arrive.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all service areas.
- Working closely with chefs, kitchen teams, and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Providing friendly, professional service and assisting guests when required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, catering, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a guest-focused approach.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
