Role Description
The Staff role at Seaside Splatter Ltd is a part-time, on-site position located in Brighton. Day-to-day tasks include:

Staff members support the setup and cleanup of sessions, handle basic payment or booking processes, and provide clear, friendly information about the company’s offerings. The role also involves:

Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required, depending on business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, a friendly manner, and the ability to support guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain tidy work areas, and follow daily checklists or schedules.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues, sharing responsibilities, and following guidance from supervisors.
- Comfort with handling simple point-of-sale systems, bookings, and cash or card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand, move, and perform light physical tasks for extended periods during shifts.
- Willingness to learn on the job, adapt to changing needs, and follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or leisure environments is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
