Company Description

Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.

Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

For everyone, everywhere.

More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

How should global money work? How do you take a complex, stressful experience and make it simple, calming even? How do you challenge the way it’s always been done? How do you collaborate in a human-centred way to ship work you’re truly proud of?

These are just a few of the challenges a Staff Content Designer will work on as part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Right now we move £6 billion every month for over 12 million people. But we're only 2% done — because people without borders deserve money without borders.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Grow — a squad that’s rethinking how people can earn a return on all of their money, no matter the currency, goal or risk appetite.

In this role, you’ll focus on enabling Wise customers to earn a return on their money. You’ll invest time in deeply understanding our customers and their needs, so that you can design and deliver experiences that make complex processes like choosing an investment product, understanding gains or paying tax easy and effortless. You’ll build systems that help the squad bring the product to new markets, balancing a global vision with local nuance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
