Staffing Data Analyst
We’re looking for a Staffing Data Analyst to join a high-performing analytics team within a global technology and entertainment organisation. This is a hybrid working role from the company's London offices.
This is an experienced individual contributor role for someone who enjoys working with ambiguous problems, exploring data, developing hypotheses and turning analysis into actionable business decisions.
You will work across multiple teams, partnering with Analytics, Data Science and Product stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape analytical initiatives and influence how problems are approached.
Responsibilities
- Lead exploratory analysis across complex, cross-functional business problems
- Identify patterns, opportunities and hypotheses that can drive business decisions
- Develop analytical prototypes and models to test ideas and assess potential impact
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner with Data Scientists and Product Managers to move ideas from exploration into experimentation and modelling
- Help establish best practices for exploratory analytics and hypothesis development
- Develop reusable analytical approaches and mentor other analysts
- Use AI-enabled tools, including generative and agentic AI, to improve analytical workflows and accelerate insight generation

What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience in data analytics, applied analytics, data science or a related field
- Advanced SQL, Python, R or similar skills
- Strong experience in exploratory analysis, hypothesis development and data-driven decision making
- Experience working across multiple teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- The ability to turn complex data into clear, commercially relevant insight
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, causal inference, forecasting or scenario modelling
- An understanding of data science workflows and experimentation
- Experience mentoring analysts or improving analytical practices
- An interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to analytics
