Leicester College is looking for a Staff Engagement and Well-Being Lead to shape an inclusive, connected and supportive employee experience.
Working within our Human Resources team, you will:
- Develop engaging staff well-being and recognition initiatives
- Coordinate surveys, focus groups and opportunities for employee voice
- Deliver College-wide events, campaigns and internal communications
- Turn feedback and workforce data into meaningful improvements
- Build strong relationships across the College and with external partners
We are looking for a creative and collaborative professional with experience in employee engagement, well-being, communications or organisational culture. You will bring excellent communication and project-planning skills, confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels, and the ability to translate insight into practical action.
