We’re looking for an experienced Staff Engineer to join a growing technology team! 👩 💻👨 💻
🔧 The Role
As a Staff Engineer, you’ll be a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building and improving scalable software solutions. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, product managers and other stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and help drive engineering best practices.
💻 Key Responsibilities
- 🏗️ Design and develop scalable, reliable software solutions
- 🧠 Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
- 🔍 Solve complex technical and architectural problems
- 🤝 Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other teams
- 📐 Contribute to technical architecture and engineering strategy
- 🚀 Drive best practices around code quality, testing and development
- 👥 Mentor and support other engineers
- 🔄 Review code and help improve development processes
- 📈 Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and performance

⭐ What We’re Looking For
- 💻 Strong software engineering experience
- 🏆 Proven experience working at a senior/staff-level capacity
- 🏗️ Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
- ☁️ Experience with cloud technologies and modern development practices
- 🔧 Strong coding and problem-solving skills
- 🤝 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- 🧠 Ability to make sound technical decisions and influence engineering direction
