Job Description:

Staff Engineer ServiceNow, Risk & Compliance GTE

Who We Are

We are the Governance Technology Enablement (GTE) team, driving technology solutions that strengthen governance and risk assurance across TJX. Our primary focus is delivering and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that support critical functions, including IT Risk & Compliance, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Software Asset Management.

Beyond ServiceNow, we enable automation and efficiency through platforms such as Blue Prism and Power Automate, and we maintain a custom application that underpins TJX’s Integrated Risk Assurance process. Our mission is to empower governance teams with innovative, scalable, and integrated technology solutions that enhance compliance, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value.

What you will do

We are seeking a Staff Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow to lead architecture, design scalable solutions, and drive engineering excellence. You will shape technical direction and raise the effectiveness of the team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience in stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of platform best practices.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both:

  • Strategic thinking (architecture, standards, platform vision)
  • Execution depth (solution design, complex build, integration patterns)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
