Responsibilities
- Layout of RF, Analogue and microwave integrated circuits for the mobile communications market.
- Floor planning and concept realization of highly integrated RF circuits.
- Top Level and block level layout designs including circuit and layout verification checks (LVS, DRC).
- Full RF and Analogue layout design and layout size optimization of CMOS and SOI.
- Design and layout of laminate layers, interfacing silicon with package.
- Interface and cooperation with RF IC design engineers.
- Responsibility for tape out process, data documentation and data archiving.
- Independent interface with design engineering, foundry and manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent amount of advanced education and experience.
- Background in RF/Microwave engineering and experience with integrated RF circuit layouts.
- Understanding of semiconductor process technologies such as CMOS and SOI.
- Experience with Cadence CAD tools.
- Outstanding Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
