A pioneering AI software company is at the forefront of developing advanced machine learning products that solve complex, real-world problems. This innovative firm is seeking a technical leader to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and robust engineering, transforming experimental models into production-ready systems.

The Role

  • Own the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data pipelines to model deployment.
  • Fine-tune and optimise large language models using advanced techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, supervised fine-tuning, and preference optimisation.
  • Design scalable inference infrastructure with a strong focus on latency, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain high-quality data pipelines for both synthetic and real-world datasets.
  • Develop robust evaluation frameworks to assess model quality, robustness, safety, and performance.
  • Lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and contribute to shaping engineering best practices within a senior, hands-on leadership role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
